National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers

Elevating philanthropy

The National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers is dedicated to elevating, expanding and improving the field of philanthropy. It is the only organization that brings together high-quality consultants to support the work of grantmakers, and to advance quality and ethical standards among consultants to philanthropy. NNCG members represent experienced and carefully vetted practitioners and thought leaders in the philanthropic field.

Part think-tank and part service organization, the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers provides a learning community and a forum for open discussion among consultants dedicated to increasing and strengthening philanthropy. NNCG’s mission is to increase the quality, effectiveness and capacity of grantmakers by mobilizing and strengthening the work of knowledgeable, ethical and experienced consultants. For grantmakers, NNCG offers its national Directory of Consultants, a highly searchable, free resource that connects users to vetted, experienced philanthropy consultants around the country. For members, NNCG offers opportunities for engagement and access, and support for consultants seeking to hone best practices and increase their impact and that of their clients.

Membership is open to experienced philanthropy consultants serving grantmakers. Learn about membership here.
